Every body is different, but I generally recommend at least a 90-day commitment to your treatment plan. True healing takes time, consistency, and ongoing support—not a quick fix. Hormones tend to take a little time and effort to balance, so setting expectations is important.

I’m licensed as a primary care physician, but I cannot contract with insurance so I recommend staying on with your PCP for annual physicals, urgent care needs and insurance-covered screening tests like mammograms.

I don’t bill insurance directly. This gives me the freedom to provide more personalized care. Some labs and services may be eligible for reimbursement via superbills—check with your provider. Most HSA/FSA accounts will cover (at least some) alternative care + supplements, but it’s highly dependent on the insurance company and your plan.
